Imagine combining the joy of a birthday party with the goodness of protein-packed treats. Sounds dreamy, right? Well, dreams are about to come true because today, I’m unveiling the ultimate sweet treat – Birthday Cake Protein Bites!

It’s a bash of flavors, nutrition, and some sprinkle magic. So, if you’ve ever felt like dancing in a sprinkle rain or indulging in birthday cake flavors on a non-birthday day, this is YOUR moment.

The main ingredients to your Birthday Cake protein Bites!

  • Birthday Cake Protein Powder from KOS: The star of the show! This isn’t just about the protein. It’s about the fabulously fun flavor that brings the birthday vibes to life.

  • Cashew Butter: Oh honey, this isn’t just nut butter; it’s a creamy dream. It adds a luscious texture and richness that perfectly complements the birthday cake vibes.

  • Vegan White Choc: The crowning jewel! It’s smooth, it’s creamy, and it gives our protein bites that indulgent touch. Plus, who can resist a bit of choc?

I’m all about celebrating life, and what better way than with these protein-packed wonders?

Not only are they a carnival in every bite, but they’re also brimming with health benefits. Thanks to the protein powder, each bite fuels your body, making it an awesome pre or post-workout snack. And did I mention they are no-bake? Yep, no oven drama here! Just pure, simple, and oh-so-delicious fun.

Now, I’ve sprinkled in some love, a dash of nutrition, and tons of fun, creating a snack that you’d want to gobble up every day. They’re perfect for that 3 PM slump, post-gym munchies, or even for those nights when you’re curled up with a good book!

Mixin’ Magic

In a big bowl, let’s bring together the protein powder, oat flour, coconut flour, our creamy cashew butter, some maple syrup, that melted coconut oil, and flax milk. Give it a good mix until all combined.

Shape and Set

Grab your mini cupcake silicone molds, and press in your mixture. If you’re feeling freestyle, roll ’em into balls, and you’re golden.

Chocolate Time

Melt that divine white chocolate with coconut oil. And for a rosy twist, let’s have some pink pitaya powder in the mix. Drizzle or dip, the choice is yours!

Sprinkle & Chill

The finale! Sprinkle some rainbow magic on top and let them chill until they’re all set and ready to party.

Voila! Your Birthday Cake Protein Bites are ready! Whether it’s for a burst of energy, a treat for your taste buds, or simply to brighten up your day, these bites are your go-to. They’re a celebration in every bite, so here’s to many more delicious moments together! Cheers and happy munching! 🎉🍰

This is going to be my go to recipe for protein snacks! I used what I had on hand so I had a few modifications; I used peanut butter instead of cashew, and almond flour instead of coconut. I also omitted the pitaya powder so I only had white tops. I’ll get it for the next time so I can have super cute pink bars too. I am 100% making these again!
