These Birthday Cake Protein Bites are the perfect little no-bake treat when you’re craving something sweet but still want a protein-packed snack. Made with birthday cake protein powder, creamy cashew butter, white chocolate, and plenty of colorful sprinkles, they’re soft, chewy, and full of birthday cake flavor.
They’re completely no-bake and can be made in mini silicone molds for the cutest little bite-sized treats. They’re perfect for meal prep, an afternoon snack, or whenever you want a little something sweet.
Birthday Cake Protein Powder: Adds the birthday cake flavor while giving these bites their protein boost.
Cashew Butter: Creates a creamy texture and adds richness. You can also use your favorite nut or seed butter.
Vegan White Chocolate: Gives the bites that sweet, dessert-like finish.
Rainbow Sprinkles: Because birthday cake isn’t birthday cake without sprinkles!
Not only are they a carnival in every bite, but they’re also brimming with health benefits. Thanks to the protein powder, each bite fuels your body, making it an awesome pre or post-workout snack. And did I mention they are no-bake? Yep, no oven drama here! Just pure, simple, and oh-so-delicious fun.
Now, I’ve sprinkled in some love, a dash of nutrition, and tons of fun, creating a snack that you’d want to gobble up every day. They’re perfect for that 3 PM slump, post-gym munchies, or even for those nights when you’re curled up with a good book!
In a big bowl, let’s bring together the protein powder, oat flour, coconut flour, our creamy cashew butter, some maple syrup, that melted coconut oil, and flax milk. Give it a good mix until all combined.
Grab your mini cupcake silicone molds, and press in your mixture. If you’re feeling freestyle, roll ’em into balls, and you’re golden.
Melt that divine white chocolate with coconut oil. And for a rosy twist, let’s have some pink pitaya powder in the mix. Drizzle or dip, the choice is yours!
The finale! Sprinkle some rainbow magic on top and let them chill until they’re all set and ready to party.
Voila! Your Birthday Cake Protein Bites are ready! Whether it’s for a burst of energy, a treat for your taste buds, or simply to brighten up your day, these bites are your go-to. They’re a celebration in every bite, so here’s to many more delicious moments together! Cheers and happy munching!

This is going to be my go to recipe for protein snacks! I used what I had on hand so I had a few modifications; I used peanut butter instead of cashew, and almond flour instead of coconut. I also omitted the pitaya powder so I only had white tops. I’ll get it for the next time so I can have super cute pink bars too. I am 100% making these again!
Hi Jennifer! So happy you tried these! And they worked so well with your modifications! They are such a fun treat and so excited for you to try them again 🙂
