Rich in Nutrients

Green beans are a fantastic source of essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, vitamin K, and folate. These nutrients play crucial roles in supporting your immune system, bone health, and overall well-being.

Fiber-Rich

Fiber is your friend when it comes to maintaining digestive health. Green beans are loaded with dietary fiber, promoting regular bowel movements and aiding in digestion.

Low in Calories

If you’re mindful of your calorie intake, you’ll appreciate green beans’ low-calorie nature. They allow you to enjoy a generous serving without worrying about excess calories.

Green beans contain antioxidants like beta-carotene and lutein, which help combat harmful free radicals in the body. These antioxidants may contribute to reduced oxidative stress and a lower risk of chronic diseases.
