Ingredients for the Chia Pudding

  • Chia Seeds: Loaded with protein, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids, they make a nutritious base.
  • Almond Milk: A dairy-free option that’s light and perfect for chia pudding.
  • Vegan Greek Yogurt: Adds creaminess and a boost of plant-based protein.
  • Maple Syrup: A natural sweetener for a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients for Decorating

  • Kiwi Fruit: Rich in vitamin C and adds a vibrant green to our Christmas tree.
  • Pomegranate Seeds: Bursting with antioxidants, they make perfect ornaments.
  • Cinnamon Sticks: A festive spice that also serves as the tree trunk.
  • Banana: For the star on top, providing potassium and natural sweetness.
  • Shredded Coconut: Mimics snow and adds a tropical twist.

Lighting up this Christmas Tree

Begin by preparing the chia pudding – a simple step that can be done the night before. Once it’s set, the real fun begins: assembling your Christmas tree. Layer kiwi triangles to form a tree, add a banana star, cinnamon stick trunk, pomegranate seed ornaments, and a sprinkle of coconut ‘snow.’ It’s a creative, delightful way to start the day!
