Layered Triple Berry Smoothie Ingredients

This berry smoothie recipe uses simple, nutrient-packed ingredients that come together for a flavor-packed experience:

  • Strawberries (puréed): Sweet, juicy, and loaded with vitamin C, strawberries form the vibrant base of each layer.
  • Vanilla Greek yogurt: Adds creaminess, protein, and a touch of vanilla flavor. Opt for dairy-free yogurt if needed.
  • Raspberry powder: Enhances the berry flavor with a bold, tangy sweetness.
  • Blue spirulina powder: Adds a fun blue tint while packing antioxidants and nutrients.
  • Frozen berries: A mix of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries makes this smoothie thick, creamy, and bursting with berry flavor.
  • Banana: Adds natural sweetness and helps achieve the perfect creamy texture.
  • Almond milk: A light, dairy-free option that blends everything together seamlessly. Use coconut milk for an extra creamy finish.

How to Make a Layered Triple Berry Smoothie

Creating this triple berry smoothie recipe is easy and fun, thanks to its vibrant layers:

Purée the strawberries

Blend 4–6 large strawberries until smooth and set aside. If you’re using frozen strawberries, make sure they are not frozen when you puree or else you’ll end up with sorbet!

Blend the base

In a blender, combine the smoothie pack (or frozen berries and banana), half the yogurt, raspberry powder, blue spirulina powder, almond milk, and ice. Blend until smooth.

Layer the smoothie

Grab a serving glass and start layering—add a spoonful of strawberry purée, a dollop of yogurt, and a portion of the blended smoothie. Repeat until the glass is full.

Serve and enjoy

Pop in a straw, take a sip, and enjoy the vibrant flavors and textures of this triple berry smoothie!
