Frosty The Chia Man Pudding

This breakfast is so simple, perfect for meal prep and the perfect recipe to bring family and friends together for a festive smile this holiday season!!!

Ingredients
  

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 8 tbsp chia seeds I used BARE ORGANICS
  • 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl whisk all ingredients together then let it rest for 5 minutes before whisking again to remove all lumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hr or even overnight. 
  • Once set add to your bowl and form your first with coconut, vegan choc chips for buttons and eyes, a carrot stick nose  and cinnamon stick arms.
