Gather your ingredients for this Beet Raspberry Yogurt Bowl:

  • Oats: Oats are a breakfast staple for a reason. They’re not only satisfying but also help lower cholesterol and provide a good dose of protein.
  • Chia Seeds: These tiny seeds are a fantastic source of plant-based protein and omega-3 fatty acids, adding a healthy punch to your oats.
  • Plant Milk: Use your favorite plant-based milk to create creamy overnight oats. Almond milk is a great choice.
  • Maple Syrup: A touch of natural sweetness, maple syrup brings a delightful flavor to your oats. You can swap it for your preferred sweetener.
  • Vanilla Extract: Just a hint of vanilla extract elevates the flavor profile of your oats.
  • Greek Yogurt: Opt for vegan Greek yogurt for a dairy-free option. It provides creaminess and protein. Non-vegans can use regular Greek yogurt.
  • Beetroot Powder: This vibrant powder not only adds a gorgeous color but also brings essential vitamins, minerals, and an energy boost to your breakfast.
  • Fresh Raspberries: Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, fresh raspberries enhance both taste and nutrition.
  • Strawberries: Fresh strawberries pair beautifully with creamy yogurt and hearty oats, adding a burst of fruity goodness.
  • Pistachios: These nuts contribute a delightful crunch to your bowl, but feel free to swap them for your favorite nuts.
  • Sunflower Seeds: Healthy fats and proteins make sunflower seeds an excellent choice for adding texture and flavor to your breakfast.

Make your own bowl with these quick steps:
