Beet Raspberry Yogurt Bowl
Brekky is the first meal of the day…. So let’s start with a BANG!!
Heart healthy, satisfying overnight oats, topped with beet and raspberry yogurt, and protein packed crunchy yums. This brekky has it all!! Eat well. Fuel good. SAVE this beaut of a breakfast and let’s get our yummy on!!

Overnight Oats Ingredients
- ¾ cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1½ cups plant milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla
Yogurt Ingredients
- 1 cup plant based Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp beetroot powder
- ½ cup fresh raspberries mashed
Toppings Ingredients
- strawberries
- pistachios
- sunflower seeds
- Prepare your oats by adding all ingredients into a bowl. Stir to combine then refrigerate for 2 hrs minimum or overnight. 
- Once ready, remove from the fridge. And to a separate bowl add your yogurt, beet powder and raspberries. 
- Top your oats with the yogurt then add your strawbs, pistachios and sunflower seeds and bite into breakfast heaven!! SAVE and add to your brekky routine! ENJOY my peeps!!
