A few key ingredients you’ll need for my Lemon Garlic Stir Fry Greens

For this masterpiece, I chose Revol greens organic spring mix – it’s not just about the taste, but also about supporting organic and sustainable farming. Lemon Garlic Stir Fry Greens

Say hello to your new favorite spring/summer dish! So, We all know that greens make a perfect base for salads, but have you tried stir frying them!? This is a complete game changer you guys! Salad mix isn’t only for salads. The beautiful combination of lemon and garlic soaks into the crisp and crunchy baby Romain and baby green leaf in this mix.And the result is MAGICAL! Perfect for a side dish, or a beautiful light and healthy lunch. So quick and easy! THIS is how you GREENS!! So RUN don’t walk to grab some fresh delicious, greens and let’s cook!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack greens organic romain crunch I used Revol
  • juice of half a small lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • zest of a quarter lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp pistachios chopped finely
  • 1/2 an avocado

Instructions
 

  • In a heated pan, drizzle olive oil and add the garlic. Lower the heat to medium and sauté until garlic is fragrant.
  • Add your Revol greens Romain crunch mix to the pan along with salt and pepper and stir fry until the leaves are slightly wilted.
  • Remove from heat and add that squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • Add your stir fry greens to a plate and sprinkle some fresh lemon zest, pistachios and top with avocado.
