Lemon Garlic Stir Fry Greens

- 1 pack greens organic romain crunch I used Revol
- juice of half a small lemon
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- zest of a quarter lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp pistachios chopped finely
- 1/2 an avocado
In a heated pan, drizzle olive oil and add the garlic. Lower the heat to medium and sauté until garlic is fragrant.
Add your Revol greens Romain crunch mix to the pan along with salt and pepper and stir fry until the leaves are slightly wilted.
Remove from heat and add that squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Add your stir fry greens to a plate and sprinkle some fresh lemon zest, pistachios and top with avocado.
