Superfood Protein Latte Smoothie

Forget about your regular cup of coffee for a second and get all that coffee goodness but add superfoods and protein to the mix! Coffee that fuels the body, mind AND tastes like the best cup of joe that your pretty lil lips ever touched! This is literally the only way I want my coffee! Using the wildly inventive new vanilla superfood latte from Blendtopia, they come ready made, frozen and full of superfoods!

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 @blendtopia vanilla superfood latte pop
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen, sliced
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
  • 2 cups plant milk of choice I used coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate; melted with 1/2 tsp coconut oil optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • If garnishing your glass with white chocolate. Simply melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a small bowl In 20 second increments until melted.
  • Dip your glass into the chocolate allowing it to drip and refrigerate ready for serving.
  • Next simply add all ingredients to a high speed blend and blend until silky smooth.
  • Remove the glass from the fridge. Pour in the smoothie and float into happy morning bliss!
