What Is A Frosted Lemonade?

Frosted Lemonade is a dreamy combination of creamy vanilla ice cream blended with tangy lemonade, creating a perfectly smooth, sweet-tart drink that’s both refreshing and indulgent. It’s one of Chick-fil-A’s most iconic beverages, beloved for its unique texture and balance of flavors. This homemade version swaps traditional ice cream for healthier, plant-based ingredients while keeping the same irresistible flavor profile, making it perfect for everyone to enjoy!

Ingredients for Homemade Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade

Here’s what you’ll need to make this Copycat Chick-fil-A Frozen Lemonade:

  • Fresh lemonade: The base for this frosty drink, providing tangy, sweet flavor and the perfect slushy texture. Choose any lemonade that you love – I went with an all natural, refined sugar free one to keep this healthy and balanced.
  • Vegan Greek yogurt: Adds creaminess and a subtle tang, mimicking the texture of vanilla ice cream. Greek yogurt is also high in protein so this doubles the benefits!
  • Coconut milk: Keeps this frozen lemonade dairy-free while adding rich, velvety smoothness.
  • Maple syrup: Naturally sweetens the drink without refined sugars, enhancing the lemonade’s bright flavor.
  • Fresh lemon zest: A little zest goes a long way, adding a burst of citrusy aroma and flavor.
