The nutritious ingredients for this Birthday Cake Breakfast Oats:

  • OATS: The ultimate breakfast staple! Keeps you full and fuels your body ready for the day! Jazzing up the humble oat is so much fun!
  • CHIA SEEDS: Not only packed with omega 3s and plant protein. Chia is so amazing at binding. And ideal for overnight oats!
  • VEGAN SPRINKLES: Check your labels. There are alot of decent sprinkles out there that don’t use harmful dyes or animal products.
  • PLANT BASED GREEK YOGURT: The options for vegan yogurts are amazing. Look for Greek specifically as it has the most incredible thick creamy texture!
  • BANANA: Adding natural sweetness and thickens up the oats so perfectly
  • ALMOND MILK: I chose almond milk but any plant based milk with work! Choose unsweetened
  • VEGAN MARSHMALLOWS: There are some awesome vegan marshmallows out there. Tasting exactly like regular ones. I dip dyed my marshmallows for those fun colors but white and pink would be just as beautiful
  • WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS: I chose vegan white chocolate chips
  • BDAY CAKE VEGAN PROTEIN BAR: I’m obsessed with raw revs bday cake protein bars. That’s what I used here. You are more than welcome to choose any protein bar you like!

In a giant party bowl, unite oats, chia seeds, yogurt, colorful sprinkles, mashed banana, and almond milk. Stir like it’s your birthday!

Wrap it up with a fridge blanket for at least 2 hours, or let it snooze overnight for a breakfast surprise.

When your oats are ready to join the celebration, invite them to layer up in jars with vegan Greek yogurt, like putting on their party hats.

Crown this culinary birthday bash with diced Raw Rev birthday cake protein bar, mini marshmallow confetti, and white chocolate chip sprinkles.
