Welcome to Claire Town’s Oatfest – the grand carnival of flavors and textures. This isn’t just breakfast; this is an experience. Picture yourself kickstarting the day with a bowl that not only fills your belly but also warms your soul. My Raspberry Bliss Oatmeal is the embodiment of this culinary dream.

What you will need:

  • OATS: I opted for good old fashioned oats. Gf options are totally awesome too. Oats are my ideal way to start the day. Heart healthy. Full of protein and fiber. They are a great way to fuel your body and kickstart your day.
  • PLANT MILK: almond milk was my choice for this recipe. But it’s also great with cashew milk and flax milk. So take your pick!
  • FRESH RASPBERRIES: my gosh do I adore these little berries! The sweet but tangy flavor lends itself so well with sweet oats. If fresh aren’t available you can absolutely use frozen. Just be sure to make sure your oats are throughly warmed through 🙂
  • GROUND FLAX: if you’ve peeped my recipes. Flax is a common ingredient. I use ground flax daily. It’s an amazing source of fiber and so great for your digestive system. It also leaves you satisfied for longer. Staving off those hunger pangs!
  • VEGAN VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER: there are some AMAZING plant based protein powders on the market. Owyn and KOS have some of the best. Look for clean ingredients and you can’t go wrong. This powder will add a touch of sweetness and of course some protein to start your day.
  • MAPLE SYRUP: maple on oats is pretty much the most smile inducing combo! The sweet caramel notes are so delicious in creamy cozy oats. It’s also a great balance for the sharp raspberry flavor.
  • BEET DUSTED COCONUT: packing in extra nutrients is my MO in pretty much all of my recipes. If you can. Why not!? It’s an added colorful and fun element whilst also adding nutritional value. I prep a lot of superfood dusted coconut. Including blue spirulina, ACAI, barley and this delicious beet cococonut. I prep ahead of time by mixing 1 tsp beet powder with 1 cup shredded coconut. Beets are naturally energizing so it really is a perfect way to start the day!
  • FRESH STRAWBERRIES: I’m a huge fan of fresh fruit on my morning oats. The warm sweet and cozy oats here taste amazing with fresh juices strawberries. Great texture and flavor wise. You can ofcourse sun for any of your favorite fruit!
  • BANANA:  if there was only one food I had to choose to eat for the rest of my life. It’s BANANA!! Sweet and silky smooth. They are my true love. Much needed fiber, potassium and energizing carbs. They are a great breakfast choice and so dreamy with oats!

Begin the Fusion

Initiate your culinary journey by blending the oats, plant milk, and water in harmony. As the mixture merges, envision the delectable outcome.

Warmth and Aroma

Allow this blend to work its magic on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. As the oats swell and the mix thickens, inhale the delightful aroma that fills your kitchen.

A Boost of Protein

Take your oatmeal off the heat, and it’s time to infuse it with the power of vegan vanilla protein. A scoop of this not only adds to the taste but equips you to face the day ahead.

The Star Ingredient

Introduce the vibrant raspberries to the mix. Witness the magical transformation as these berries blend, lending their rich hue and tangy taste to the oatmeal.

The Final Flourish

Elevate your bowl with a cascade of toppings. The contrast of beet-dusted coconut, slices of fresh strawberries, and banana rounds not only offers a flavor explosion but also paints a visual masterpiece.

Who knew breakfast could be this grand? But then again, why shouldn’t it be? It’s the start of your day, setting the tone for everything that follows.

As you savor every bite of this Raspberry Bliss Oatmeal, remember that even though it taste like a sweet treat, you are actually giving yourself a boat load of nutrition first thing in the mornning! From the fiber-rich oats that promise sustained energy to the vitamin-packed raspberries bursting with antioxidants, this bowl is a testament to health and taste coexisting.

To more such mornings filled with zest, energy, and a breakfast that tastes as radiant as it looks. Cheers to wholesome indulgence!
