Frosty The Chia Man Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup plant milk
- 8 tbsp chia seeds I used BARE ORGANICS
- 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
In a bowl whisk all ingredients together then let it rest for 5 minutes before whisking again to remove all lumps.
Cover and refrigerate for an hr or even overnight.
Once set add to your bowl and form your first with coconut, vegan choc chips for buttons and eyes, a carrot stick nose and cinnamon stick arms.
