Frosty The Chia Man Pudding
This breakfast is so simple, perfect for meal prep and the perfect recipe to bring family and friends together for a festive smile this holiday season!!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup plant milk
- 8 tbsp chia seeds I used BARE ORGANICS
- 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- In a bowl whisk all ingredients together then let it rest for 5 minutes before whisking again to remove all lumps. 
- Cover and refrigerate for an hr or even overnight.  
- Once set add to your bowl and form your first with coconut, vegan choc chips for buttons and eyes, a carrot stick nose  and cinnamon stick arms.
