Beach Wave Smoothie Bowl

Ready for a taste of paradise? This Beach Wave Smoothie Bowl delivers tropical vibes and a nutrient-packed breakfast in just 7 minutes! It's vegan, full of superfoods, and your passport

Hey, Sunshine Chasers and Breakfast Lovers! Are you dreaming of sandy beaches, crashing waves, and a delightful morning breakfast that matches the vibrant hues of the ocean?

Well, dream no more! Today, we’re diving into a breakfast so sensational, it’ll feel like you’re surfing on flavors! Get ready for the Beach Wave Smoothie Bowl: a tropical marvel filled with colors and nutrients that will make you shout, “I’m alive and ready to seize the day!”

This Beachwave Smoothie Bowl requires the following:

  • FROZEN BANANA: is such a perfect smoothie bowl base. As it not only holds the texture as you’re eating. It’s so perfectly sweet!
  • FROZEN MANGO: is again another perfect smoothie bowl stabilizer. Packed with vitamins and that tropical sweetness. It’s so delicious in this smoothie!
  • COCONUT YOGURT: adds the perfect amount of creaminess. I used coconut yogurt but feel free to use yogurt of choice.
  • FROZEN PINEAPPLE: adds another perfect tropical note. And a nice amount of bright zing.
  • FROZEN CAULIFLOWER: is the best kept smoothie secret ever!!! It blends effortlessly into smoothies and is the perfect hack for parents trying to add veggies into their kiddies diets and even big kids who aren’t veggie inclined! Haha. You don’t taste it at all! Yet you have all the nutrients included!
  • DATE: using dates as a natural sweetener in smoothies is my favorite! Medjool is the best. But either use whatever you can find or feel free to omit if you don’t want it on the sweeter side!
  • BLUE SPIRULINA POWDER: this magical powder is such a staple in my kitchen as it should be yours. Unlike its green sister powder- spirulina. BLUE spirulina has a much milder taste (yay) and oh my gosh. That blue color is pure magic! It’s made from algae (ew I know) but this nifty lil powder packs some serious nutritional powder containing so many vitamins and minerals and is also a great source of protein!!! I use this in so many recipes. Highly recommend it!
  • ALMOND BUTTER: adds some much needed healthy fats along with a lil protein boost and thickens the smoothie soooo perfectly. Feel free to sub for nut or seed butter of choice.
  • COCONUT MILK: hello tropical bliss! Adding coconut milk as the liquid binder in smoothies, when combined with the tropical fruits is pure magic!
  • MUSHROOM IMMUNITY POWDER: this one is optional but is such a great addition to your diet. Mushrooms have so many unrivaled benefits that when you buy in powdered form have very little aftertaste and boast a plethora of health benefits. They can help improve digestion, boost immunity, and improve concentration. And are so easily added to smoothies!
  • FRESH BLUEBERRIES: fresh fruit on smoothie bowls is my favorite! I chose bloobs as they don’t only look amazing with the bright blue smoothie! They are such a lovely fresh pop on every bite!
  • KIWI FRUIT: is one of the best sources of vitamin C out there. The sweet but tangy flavor I think balances this sweet brekkie so well!
  • SUNFLOWER SEEDS: adding healthy fats and a much needed crunch. I chose seeds over something like granola as I wanted the cru choy texture without any extra sugar! You could sub for any seed or even macadamia nuts or almonds!
  • COCONUT CHIPS: another great crunchy texture with the added tropical feel bonus. Coconut chips are different from shredded or desiccated coconut and have a great crunchy bite!

Voila! You’ve just crafted a breakfast masterpiece that’s not just a feast for the eyes but also a carnival for your taste buds! This Beach Wave Smoothie Bowl is a liquid sonnet of tropical delights, making every bite a joyful escapade!

So, what are you waiting for? Blend it, taste it, love it! This is not just food; it’s an experience—a love letter to mornings, a tribute to tropical paradises, and most importantly, a celebration of YOU! Let each spoonful elevate your spirits and boost your day!
