Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ¼ red onion sliced thinly
  • squeeze of fresh lime
  • ½ cup vegan feta crumbled
  • fresh basil torn
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • drizzle of olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cube, chop, slice and dice all ingredients as suggested above and add to a large bowl.
  • Top all the contents with the drizzle of olive oil, crumbled feta cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss and enjoy!
