Avocado Watermelon Basil Salad with Feta

- 3 cups watermelon cubed
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- 1 avocado diced
- ¼ red onion sliced thinly
- squeeze of fresh lime
- ½ cup vegan feta crumbled
- fresh basil torn
- salt and pepper to taste
- drizzle of olive oil
Cube, chop, slice and dice all ingredients as suggested above and add to a large bowl.
