Tips for best results

  • Use ripe strawberries for the most natural sweetness in your purée
  • Adjust honey depending on how tart your strawberries are
  • Add more sea salt only if you want a stronger electrolyte-style profile
  • For a stronger “mocktail” feel, increase the soda water ratio slightly
  • Chill your coconut water beforehand for the most refreshing result

Why this works as an electrolyte drink

This homemade strawberry electrolyte drink supports hydration through a simple balance of fluid, natural sugars, and minerals. Coconut water provides potassium, sea salt contributes sodium, and honey offers quick natural carbohydrates that can help with absorption. Together, these ingredients create a light, functional drink that feels both refreshing and replenishing.
