Purple Pear Chia Pudding

The only triple P you need in your life!! My pretty, pelicious, pright and preautiful pud (can’t stop won’t stop) is packed full of nutrient rich yummies and is the happiest brekky in town. That gorgeous creamy texture of the chia, sweetness and vitamin packed pink dragon fruit, combined with blue spirulina makes the most beautiful color and well, it’s just so bloody fun! So, let’s slip n slide down my rainbow and make this beaut breky!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup pink dragonfruit mashed
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Topping Ingredients

  • pear
  • granola
  • coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl simply add all your ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined. Let stand for 5 mins then whisk again to remove any lumps. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs or even overnight.
  • Spoon into your bowl, top with your pear, granola and coconut and dive in!!! Save this beaut! And try adding it to your brekky routines!!
