Cheers to a perfect summer with the ultimate summer drink!

Ingredient Tropical Mocktail Recipe

This mocktail requires only a few ingredients and even fewer minutes! It’s beautiful, delicious and healthy! Get these ingredients and make yours ASAP.

  • Ritual Zero Proof Rum Alternative: This ingredient offers the rich, nuanced flavors of traditional rum without the alcohol content. Ritual Zero Proof is crafted to mimic the taste of dark rum, offering notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice that are crucial for creating the depth and complexity expected in a tropical drink.
  • Sumo Citrus: This mocktail uses all the Sumo Citrus from the juice to slices for garnish. It’s the perfect type of mandarin known for its exceptional sweetness and juiciness, which provides a unique, vibrant citrus flavor to the mocktail. The juice from Sumo Citrus adds a refreshing zing and natural sweetness that balances the flavors of the coconut cream and the zero-proof rum.
  • Pineapple Juice: A necessary ingredient for tropical drinks; pineapple juice brings a tart sweetness that complements the citrus juice wonderfully, enhancing the tropical vibe of the mocktail. Pineapple juice also contains enzymes that are thought to aid in digestion, adding a healthful twist to your mocktail.
  • Coconut Cream: Providing a luxurious and ideal creaminess to the drink. Coconut cream has notes of sweetness, and nutty flavor and is essential for creating that lush, tropical taste profile that pairs so well with the tanginess of the fruit juices.
  • Fresh Mint (Garnish): Garnish is always optional but will take any drink from ordinary to extraordinary. The inclusion of fresh mint adds a bright, aromatic finish to the mocktail. It also adds a cool contrast to the sweetness of the fruit juices and the creaminess of the coconut cream.

Making the Tropical Mocktails

Creating this fun and easy tropical mocktail is like taking a quick trip to paradise without leaving your kitchen. Start by gathering your cocktail shaker and pour in the Ritual Zero Proof Rum for that classic rum flavor without the alcohol. Next add the sweet and juicy Sumo Citrus juice, the tangy pineapple juice, and the rich, creamy coconut cream.

Once you’ve got all your ingredients in the shaker, it’s time to add your ice and start shaking! Shake, shake, shake until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold, a clear sign that your mocktail is chilled to perfection. Fill the prettiest glass you’ve got (or shop some of my favoites here) with your shaker contents and watch this painkiller mocktail come to life. The final touch is a garnish of Sumo Citrus slice and a sprig of fresh mint, adding that extra pop of flavor and color.

Snap a photo of your creation, cheers with some friends to the good times and then close your eyes while you sip on this goodness! If you’re in the sun when you do this; I promise it will feel like you’re on a beach!

Tips for Mixing Non-Alcoholic Tropical Drinks

  • Experiment with Flavors: Tropical mocktails thrive on the combination of sweet and tangy flavors. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different citrus juices to find your perfect blend.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: For the best taste, use fresh fruit juices and garnishes. The difference in flavor is remarkable and elevates your drink to a new level.
  • Chill Your Ingredients: Ensure all your ingredients and glassware are chilled before mixing. This keeps your mocktails cool and refreshing without diluting them too quickly.

Non-Alcoholic Tropical Drinks for Everyone!

Non-alcoholic tropical drinks are a fantastic way to enjoy the vibrant flavors of summer without the alcohol or hangover! Whether you’re hosting a family-friendly party or simply prefer non-alcoholic options, tropical mocktails offer a refreshing and inclusive way to celebrate the season.
