Ingredients

  • 3 bananas frozen
  • 7 oz coconut cream
  • 2 cups vegan Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup vegan white chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Handful of vegan marshmallows
  • Candy eyes
  • dry erase marker and Halloween straw for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted
  • Dip each glass in the chocolate to create a ring around the top.
  • Add a little of the leftover white chocolate to the back of candy eyes and stick to the front of the glass. Set in the fridge to make sure they are set. Just 1 minute.
  • Remove from the fridge and create some fun ghost mouths with dry erase marker. And set back in the fridge ready for serving
  • Next add all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until silky smooth.
  • Remove the prepared ghost glasses from the fridge and pour in the smoothie.
  • Top with a fun Halloween straw and vegan marshmallows! Enjoy!

    Yesterday was Halloween, i didn’t have much time to prepare some sort of snack and stumbled over to that genius recipe what takes about 10 minutes, including the fun deco. My 13 years old daughter loved the smoothie. Not only the idea of such a simple and fun Halloween Smoothie counts, the taste of it was gorgeous. The silky texture, the taste of coconut and the sweetness of bananas made it so scrumptious. Thank you Claire, for this fun and yummy idea.
