If you aren’t making your own lemonade at home yet… my friends, NOW is the time to start. If you’ve peeped my PINK LEMONADE you’ll know the obsession is real!

I’ve been making homemade lemonade for years… always refined sugar-free, always made with real, whole ingredients, and always ridiculously refreshing. I’ve played around with so many flavor combinations, but I have to say this fresh apricot lemonade might just be my absolute favorite yet.

I actually wasn’t planning to turn this into a recipe at first… but after one sip I knew I had to share it.

This batch feels extra special because I was lucky enough to use fresh-picked apricots straight from my friends garden. There is just something about homegrown fruit that makes everything taste like sunshine in a glass.

It’s sweet, tangy, refreshing, and honestly tastes like summer in its purest form.

So if you’re ready to ditch store-bought sugary drinks and make something that actually makes you feel good… let’s do this.

Tips & swaps

  • If apricots aren’t in season, peaches or nectarines work beautifully. Frozen peaches also work well for a thicker, colder texture.
  • Maple syrup can be swapped for honey or vegan honey alternatives depending on your preference.
  • For a stronger lemon kick, add a little extra juice or zest.

Final thoughts

This apricot lemonade is one of those recipes that reminds you simple really is best. Just a handful of ingredients, a blender, and a few minutes, and you’ve got a glass of something that feels like pure summer joy.

If you make this, I highly recommend doubling it… because it disappears fast.
