Start by prepping those glasses to resemble our beloved monster’s face. Melt your vegan chocolate chips and dip the rim of your glasses, allowing it to drip for added spookiness. Chill them so they’re all set.
After the chocolate has set, use it as ‘glue’ to stick on those candy eyes. And don’t forget the scar! A little marker touch above one eye completes the look.
In your trusty blender, toss in the flax milk, spinach, mango, bananas, and matcha powder. Blend until you’ve got a creamy, dreamy smoothie.
Pour your freshly blended green goodness into your prepped glasses and watch as your Frankenstein comes alive!
If you told me a few years ago that I’d be geeking out over a green smoothie, I might’ve chuckled! But now? I’m completely smitten with this Frankenstein smoothie, and guess what?
It’s the perfect treat to surprise the kiddos on Halloween morning! Just imagine their wide-eyed wonder when they see this fun, spooky concoction waiting for them at the breakfast table. Not only is it an exciting way to kickstart the Halloween festivities, but it’s also a sneaky way to get them to gulp down some greens and start the day with a nutritious punch.
The beauty of this recipe doesn’t just lie in its flavor, but also in its nutritional profile. Every creamy sip is a delightful dance of fresh mango sweetness and earthy spinach goodness. The cacao nibs? They sprinkle in that chocolatey magic without the added sugar. It’s more than just a tasty treat; it’s a glass packed with goodness! Perfect for both the little monsters running around the house and the big ones looking to start their day with a boost. Sharing this with kids, whether your own or your loved ones, ensures they start Halloween with a treat that’s both fun and fueling!
And voila! A Halloween treat that’s not just Instagram-worthy but is packed with nutrients and oozing with fun! So this Halloween, let’s turn our kitchens into labs and concoct the ultimate spooky delight. Cheers to a Halloween that’s both scary and healthy! 🎃🍹👻

This is such a fun and healthy treat! I modified mine a bit, losing the matcha and swapping the vegan protein for whey. It was amazing! This might be my new go-to smoothie flavor.
Hey Dawn! So glad that you made modifications to your smoothie that worked best for you. Hope you find other recipes that you love!
Loved making this for my boys! And I absolutely drew the face on! They loved it and it was a great way to get them protein and greens after school.
So glad your kids were into these! They definitely are a lot of fun. Thanks Jennifer
