Frankenstein Smoothie

Making these smoothies not only crazy amounts of fun but full of nutrients and great way to help kids and big kids alike eat their greens and love it too!. So let’s grab our blenders and get spooky!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • cups @goodkarmafoods unsweetened flax milk+protein
  • 2 heaping handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • candy eyes
  • 4 tbs cacao nibs
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips melted **

Instructions
 

  • Start by creating the Frankenstein glasses. In a small bowl Simply melt the chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments.
  • Once melted. Dip the top of the glasses in the chocolate and allow it to drip slightly before chilling in the fridge.
  • Once the chocolate is set, remove the glasses from the fridge, dip the back of some candy ‘eyes’ with some of the leftover chocolate and press onto the front of the glass.
  • Add a spooky scar above one eye using a dry erase marker and put the finished glasses back into the fridge to chill reading for serving.
  • In a blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until silky smooth.
  • Remove the glasses from the fridge. Pour in your smoothie and watch as you cute lil Frankenstein emerges.
