Do you want to kickstart your day with a bowl so mouthwatering, it feels like morning sunshine in edible form? You’ve hit the jackpot!

Today, I’m going to share my all-time FAVORITE smoothie bowl recipe. Trust me, it’s a brekky that’s bursting with flavors and benefits. It’s quick, it’s vegan, and it’s a taste explosion!

Beauty and Greens ingredients:

  • BANANA: without a doubt my FAVORITE food of all time!! Literally the one thing I would choose to eat for the rest of my life. Perfect as the base for smoothies, natural sweetness, perfect creaminess AND packed with natural electrolytes and helps aid healthy digestion. The wonder fruit!!! 
  • COCONUT YOGURT: perfect creamy addition. Feel free to sub for non vegan yogurt 🙂 
  • AVOCADO: avos for life!!!! These fruits are truly incredible (yes it’s a fruit!) full of essential healthy fats. The addition of avocado makes this a full rounded nutritious breakfast 
  • OATS: satisfying, keeps you full, fuels your body. They are an amazing addition to smoothie/breakfast bowls. They also help thicken this recipe to make for a beautiful texture 
  • GREEN JUICE: I chose an apple based green juice, but pineapple juice would also work amazingly! 
  • MANGO: is another smoothie staple! The sweet natural sugars and beautiful tropical flavor are so delicious in here 
  • SPINACH: smoothies and blended brekkies are made for the addition of spinach, they are such a great way to get your greens in! 
  • CAULIFLOWER: Now hear me out! Secret veggies in smoothies is a game changer! Absolutely NO cauli flavor at all but you were able to add a veggie and not even know it. A great tip for parents wanting their kids to eat more veggies. Cauliflower in here adds to this thick texture too 🙂 
  • GROUND FLAX: not only great to keep you regular, it keeps you fuller longer and aids a healthy digestive system! Also known to lower cholesterol 
  • HEMP HEARTS: one of the best plant proteins out there. Hemp hearts have a beautiful nutty flavor and are packed with healthy fats and protein

How to make this easy breakfast bowl

Pre-chill Your Bowl 

You heard that right! Pop your serving bowl in the fridge while you gather your ingredients. Why? Because we’re about to blend up something divine, and it deserves a chilled throne! This way, every spoonful stays as cold as your ex’s heart—only much more enjoyable.

Assemble Your Superfoods

Grab your blender and get ready for a treat. Toss in the banana, avocado, oats, and other wholesome goodies. Think of this as building the foundation of your breakfast mansion, but the bricks are made of food, and the mortar is made of deliciousness!

Get Blending! 

Time to let your blender do its magic. A few whirls and voila! You’ll have a concoction so silky smooth, you’d think it was a dairy queen—only better because it’s vegan and jam-packed with nutrients!

Into the Bowl 

Take that chilled bowl out of the fridge—it’s showtime! Pour in your blended mix. Admire it. Take a photo if you must because it’s Insta-worthy!

Sprinkle the Love 

Here’s where you can let your creativity run wild. Top your luscious bowl with hemp hearts, banana slices, coconut flakes, or whatever floats your breakfast boat. The sky’s the limit!

Beauty and Greens Breakfast Bowl

SHUT the front door and bunker down to a brekky gasm with this one you guys! I am sooo bloody PROUD of this recipe! And may well be my favorite smoothie bowl I’ve ever created. My lil Frankenstein brekky is literally a combo of all my faves in one and it is a total bowl of creamy, velvety, silky, sweet, slap ya tastebuds yum! And full of essential vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and plant based protein. For the love of your soul you gotta try this one!!

Ingredients
  

Breakfast Bowl Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • ¾ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¾ cup green juice sub for plant based milk or pineapple juice
  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop ground flax
  • handful of spinach

Optional Toppings

  • hemp hearts
  • banana
  • coconut

Instructions
 

  • Chill your bowl ready for serving. This keeps this smoothie nice and chilled before you eat
  • Into your blender add all your smoothie ingredients and blend until silky smooth.
  • Add to your bowl and top with all those yummy topping and get on down to yummmmy town
