SHUT the front door and bunker down to a brekky gasm with this one you guys! I am sooo bloody PROUD of this recipe! And may well be my favorite smoothie bowl I’ve ever created. My lil Frankenstein brekky is literally a combo of all my faves in one and it is a total bowl of creamy, velvety, silky, sweet, slap ya tastebuds yum! And full of essential vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and plant based protein. For the love of your soul you gotta try this one!!

Breakfast Bowl Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen
- ¾ cup coconut yogurt
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup oats
- ¾ cup green juice sub for plant based milk or pineapple juice
- 1 cup mango frozen
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 scoop ground flax
- handful of spinach
Chill your bowl ready for serving. This keeps this smoothie nice and chilled before you eat
Into your blender add all your smoothie ingredients and blend until silky smooth.
Add to your bowl and top with all those yummy topping and get on down to yummmmy town
