Very Berry Oatmeal

Start your day with a burst of berrylicious energy! This Very Berry Oatmeal combines heart-healthy oats, frozen berries, and a dash of mushroom immunity powder for an easy breakfast that's as nutritious as it is delightful.

If you’ve ever wondered if there’s such a thing as too many berries, we’re here to tell you there isn’t! Our Very Berry Oatmeal is a berry lover’s dream come true, and it’s about to become your new favorite breakfast.

What you will need:

  • OATS: Satisfying heart healthy oats! They are full of soluble fiber and antioxidants. They can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol and is one of the best breakfast choices in my opinion. I used old fashioned oats but this recipe can easily be gluten free by subbing gf oats 🙂
  • FROZEN BERRIES: Bursting with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber. These beauties maintain the same nutritional value as their fresh counterparts. Simply adding them to the oats pumps up the nutrition factor by miles. Plussss sweet juicy berries are just magic on the taste buds.
  • MUSHROOM IMMUNITY POWDER: this is definitely optional. But I love adding any extra nutrient benefits I can in my recipes. Mushroom powder has a plethora of health benefits including improved concentration, boosted immunity, helps with bloating and digestion issues and inflammation in the body. I use BARE ORGANICS. Their powder has little to no taste so doesn’t alter the taste or texture at all! Win win!

This Very Berry Oatmeal is a true breakfast delight that brings together the goodness of nature’s most vibrant and nutritious berries with the heart-healthy power of oats. It’s not just a meal; it’s a celebration of flavors, colors, and health benefits. As you savor each spoonful, you’ll enjoy the satisfying, creamy texture of the oats, enhanced by the burst of sweetness from the mixed berries. The addition of a hint of cinnamon and a touch of vanilla extract elevates the flavor profile, making every bite a delicious journey for your taste buds.

What makes this oatmeal even more special is the optional inclusion of mushroom immunity powder from BARE ORGANICS.

This tiny but mighty ingredient brings a host of health benefits to the table, from improved concentration to a bolstered immune system. And the best part? It seamlessly blends into the oatmeal, adding nutrition without altering the taste or texture. Whether you’re a breakfast enthusiast or someone looking for a quick and nourishing morning meal, this Very Berry Oatmeal has you covered. It’s a bowl of energy-boosting, fiber-rich goodness that will keep you satisfied and ready to tackle the day ahead. So, next time you’re in need of a wholesome, homemade oatmeal that’s bursting with mixed berries and brimming with health benefits, turn to this Very Berry Oatmeal recipe. It’s a superfood-powered start to your day that will leave you feeling nourished, energized, and ready to conquer whatever lies ahead.
