Very Berry Oatmeal

Oats Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 cup frozen berries
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup optional
- pinch of salt
- 1 scoop mushroom immunity powder I used BARE ORGANICS
Topping Ingredients
- blackberries
- blueberries
- coconut dusted in blue spirulina
- sunflower seeds
- macadamia butter or nut butter of choice
Add all ingredients into a saucepan and stir to combine.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and stir. Smash the berries with the back of your spoon and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Spoon into a bowl and top with blackberries, blueberries, coconut and sunflower seeds and nut butter (or toppings of choice ). Enjoy!
