Mango Matcha Smoothie

Without a shadow of a doubt. This is one of the most DELICIOUS smoothie combinations I’ve ever created. Sweet juicy mango, coconut milk, banana and matcha yogurt! Incredibly thick, creamy, silky smooth and bursting with bright tropical flavors. This smoothie will have you glowing from the inside out. And the best part, is it’s full of the unrivaled boost of essential nutrients from @sunfood superfood hydration+focus blend.   • 2 tbsp @sunfood superfood hydration+focus
  • cups frozen mango
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 5 tbsp vegan Greek style yogurt
  • cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • ½ cup vegan yogurt
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions
 

  • Begin by mixing 1/2 cup vegan yogurt with 1 tsp matcha powder. Mix thoroughly
  • Using the back of a spoon, Swipe serving glasses with the yogurt mixture, beginning from the base and swiping up.
  • Refrigerate glasses ready for serving
  • Into a blender, add the amazing @sunfood hydration and focus. Along with the frozen mango, banana, yogurt, coconut milk and lemon zest.
  • Blend until silky smooth.
  • Remove the serving glasses from the fridge, pour in the mango smoothie mixture and ENJOY!
