Strawberry n Cream Overnight Oats

Strawberries and cream is a match made in heaven and so are these oats! Summer brekies forever! ☀️🙌🏻🍓let’s have some fun!

Equipment

  • fridge

Ingredients
  

  • cup oats
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup strawberries mashed
  • ¾ cup vegan yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Topping Ingredients

  • dragonfruit balls using a melon baller
  • macadamia nut butter
  • strawberry hearts
  • white choc chips
  • pink pineapple small cut

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut, chia, strawberries, yogurt and almond milk.
  • Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Once ready add to a bowl(s)
  • Top with dragon fruit balls, strawberry hearts, pink pineapple, white choc chips and pink pineapple (or toppings of choice!)
