Strawberry n Cream Overnight Oats

- 1½ cup oats
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup strawberries mashed
- ¾ cup vegan yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
Topping Ingredients
- dragonfruit balls using a melon baller
- macadamia nut butter
- strawberry hearts
- white choc chips
- pink pineapple small cut
In a large bowl, mix together oats, coconut, chia, strawberries, yogurt and almond milk.
Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once ready add to a bowl(s)
Top with dragon fruit balls, strawberry hearts, pink pineapple, white choc chips and pink pineapple (or toppings of choice!)
