Zucchini and Honeydew Salad with Aloe Vinaigrette

WELCOME TO A CALI AUTUMN 😎😜 While fall has hit, the hot days are still aplenty here in Cali town! So this melony, aloe yumgasm is still a perfy go to fresh bite! Full of the goodies and none of the naughties it’s delish as a side or a healthy snack! Simple. Easy. And oh so delishy!

  • bowl

Ingredients
  

SALAD INGREDIENTS

  • honeydew melon
  • zucchini ribboned
  • fresh basil
  • vegan feta I used @followyourheart

ALOE VINAIGRETTE

  • 3 tbs aloe juice
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • For the vinaigrette simply add all ingredients into a mason jar and shake well. Adding salt to taste.
  • Combine all sally ingredients onto a plate and drizzle with the dressing!

Notes

I ate this bad boy all by itself but would make a great side to a bbq too! Fresh and delish. Always a go to!
