White Tropical Sangria

- 1 bottle Sauvignon blanc 750ml
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup mango juice
- ¼ cup apple brandy
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 lime sliced
- 1 apple sliced
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chopped
- ½ cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 2-4 cups naturally sweetened lemon lime soda
- fresh mint for garnish
- sliced lime for garnish
In a large pitcher, add ice cubes, followed by the sauvignon blanc, then the brandy, juices, all the pre prepared fruit. Then stir to combine.
Top with naturally sweetened lemon lime soda.
To serve. Add extra ice, and some of the fruit to glasses and top with the amazingly fruity sangria. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lime.
** I opted for these fruits as they add so much sweetness and flavor to this sangria. You can always substitute for any fruits of choice.
** if you aren’t a fan of mango or pineapple juice. You can always substitute for orange juice, grape juice etc
** I used ollipop, a natural, fiber filled soda that is gut friendly and has no harmful additives or sweeteners. I’d highly recommend using this soda or an option without harmful additives. As always though you can add any lemon lime soda you like such as 7-UP.
**I used a Sauvignon Blanc for this recipe, it’s crisp and full of flavor. You can ABSOLUTELY use any white wine you love.
