Watermelon Strawberry Ice Cubes

Watermelon strawberry ice cubes that turn sparkling water into a refreshing, naturally sweet mocktail. Made with real fruit, coconut water, and a hint of citrus for a fun, hydrating summer drink idea.

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1-2 ice cube tray or molds

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh watermelon, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Raw honey (optional)
  • 3/4 cup Coconut water
  • 6-8 Fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp lime zest (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend the watermelon, honey (if using) lime juice, lime zest and coconut water and strain through a sieve
  • pour the strained mixture into ice cube trays, pop a slice of strawberry into each of them and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  • Serve in sparkling water, lemonade or your favorite mocktail for a naturally sweet and colorful treat!
