A rich and creamy tiramisu cold brew coffee made with dark chocolate sauce and mascarpone cold foam. It's and easy coffeehouse style drink you can make at home in minutes.

Equipment

  • 1 electric frother or whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla syrup optional
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate sauce
  • 10 oz cold brew coffee
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream and vanilla syrup (if using)
  • Using a hand held whisk or milk frother, whip until thick and fluffy and set aside.
  • Add the chocolate sauce to a chilled serving glass and then fill with ice.
  • Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, top with the cold foam and then dust with cocoa powder.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

I opted for vanilla syrup, you can choose any sweetener of choice or omit completely
