A rich and creamy tiramisu cold brew coffee made with dark chocolate sauce and mascarpone cold foam. It's and easy coffeehouse style drink you can make at home in minutes.

Ingredients

tbsp
mascarpone

tbsp
heavy cream
1 1/2
tbsp
vanilla syrup
optional
1
tsp
cocoa powder
1
tbsp
dark chocolate sauce
10
oz
cold brew coffee
ice
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream and vanilla syrup (if using)
Using a hand held whisk or milk frother, whip until thick and fluffy and set aside.
Add the chocolate sauce to a chilled serving glass and then fill with ice.
Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, top with the cold foam and then dust with cocoa powder.
Enjoy!
Notes
I opted for vanilla syrup, you can choose any sweetener of choice or omit completely
