  • Fine metal sieve
  • Pitcher
  • Glass Shot Glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 2 cup fresh pineapple chopped
  • 2 cup fresh papaya cubed
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 thumb sized pieces of ginger
  • pinch of cayenne

Instructions
 

  • Simply add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour into a large measuring cup, strain through a fine metal sieve.
  • Transfer into reusable 2 ounce shot jars, or an airtight glass jar.
  • Store in the fridge for up to one week
