Equipment

  • Blender, find metal sieve, glass shot jars or mason jars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 tbs raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup green tea
  • 1 small thumb sized piece of fresh ginger

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Next, strain through a fine metal sieve into reusable glass shot jars or airtight mason jars.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week!
