** aim to use soft but not too ripe of an avocado.**I opted for a vegan protein powder. I like KOS and OWYN. They taste amazing, combine beautifully and are clean and additive-free. They are both available for a discount in my shop!** the sweetener is completely optional. I find that the addition of a protein powder that’s sweet is not needed. But please add as much sweetener as you’d like to taste. I’d suggest blending without the sweetener. Testing it and adding sweetener to your liking :)
