Fall Harvest Breakfast Bowl
WELCOME to your new favorite fall breakfast!! The most important meal of the day! Packed with everything you need to start a perfect fall morning.
This breakfast can be served any season. Because it’s too delicious not to be enjoyed year round. But boyyyy does it bring those gorgeous fall vibes.
Yogurt infused with pumpkin purée. Heart healthy oats and protein packed chia!
And the great thing about this recipe is you can top it with whatever your lil heart desires! Like most of my recipes. The base is there and you can tailor it to your tastes!

Feel free to times the base oats recipe by 4 for a meal prep then add your toppings when serving!

Oats Ingredients
- ¾ cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 small banana mashed
- ¼ tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 cup plant based yogurt halved
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
Topping Ingredients
- almonds slivered
- fresh apricot
- peach
- granola
Combine oats, chia, milk, vanilla, pumpkin spice and mashed banana in a bowl and mix thoroughly then cover and refrigerate for two hours.
Halve your yogurt into two separate bowls. Add pumpkin purée to one half and set both aside.
Prepare toppings
Once the oats are ready, remove from the fridge. Add each yogurt onto each half of the oats.
Top with granola, peaches, apricot and almonds. ENJOY!!!
