Cheeseburger Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp  BBQ seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Gouda cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Baby tomatoes, halved
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Dill pickles
  • Tater tots or fries

Burger Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp  ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickles or relish
  • 1 tsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Stir together all of the burger sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet with the salt and BBQ seasoning until browned.
  • Stir in the grated Gouda cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Air fry the tater tots or fries until crispy.
  • Fill serving bowls with shredded lettuce.
  • Add the tater tots, tomatoes, onion, avocado, pickles, and cheesy beef.
  • Drizzle generously with burger sauce.
  • Finish with extra grated cheese if desired and serve immediately.
