- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp BBQ seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups grated Gouda cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Baby tomatoes, halved
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Dill pickles
- Tater tots or fries
Burger Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped dill pickles or relish
- 1 tsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Stir together all of the burger sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet with the salt and BBQ seasoning until browned.
Stir in the grated Gouda cheese until melted and creamy.
Air fry the tater tots or fries until crispy.
Fill serving bowls with shredded lettuce.
Add the tater tots, tomatoes, onion, avocado, pickles, and cheesy beef.
Drizzle generously with burger sauce.
Finish with extra grated cheese if desired and serve immediately.
