Carrot Turmeric Breakfast Bowl
BREAKFAST!! My absolute favorite meal of the day! It sets the tone for everything that’s about to come. So let’s start yours with an anti-inflammatory, nutritious, delicious and balanced BANG!!
Yogurt infused with carrot powder, heart healthy oats, turmeric dusted coconut!! sweet granola, crunchy seeds with healthy fats. And just so fun to create and EAT!! Let’s get our Brekky on!!

Bowl Ingredients
- ¾ cup oats
- 1 ½ cups plant milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop ground flax
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 cup plant based yogurt
- 1 tsp carrot powder
Topping Ingredients
- coconut dusted in turmeric powder
- granola
- sunflower seeds
- walnuts or pecans
In a bowl add oats, chia, plant milk, ground flax, maple syrup and almond butter. Mix well to combine. Cover. And refrigerate for 2 hours.
Once oats are ready, remove from the fridge.
In a separate bowl combine yogurt and carrot powder.
Top your oats with that beautiful carrot yogurt, coconut dusted with a little turmeric powder, granola, sunflower seeds, and . (Or toppings of your choice!)
