  • Fine metal sieve

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large beets raw, peeled, cubed
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • ½ cup raw carrot peeled, chopped
  • 2 thumb sized pieces of ginger sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • fresh lemons juiced
  • 3 cups coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Strain through a fine metal sieve into a large measuring cup and transfer to reusable shot glasses or an airtight glass jar.
  • Store in the fridge and enjoy daily!
