- 2 large beets raw, peeled, cubed
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- ½ cup raw carrot peeled, chopped
- 2 thumb sized pieces of ginger sliced
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2½ fresh lemons juiced
- 3 cups coconut water
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until thoroughly combined. 
- Strain through a fine metal sieve into a large measuring cup and transfer to reusable shot glasses or an airtight glass jar. 
- Store in the fridge and enjoy daily!
