Superfood Rice Crispy Breakfast Bowl

Hitting all the right notes with naturally blue spirulina colored yogurt. Nutritious heart healthy oats with pops of rice crispies, and tropical coconut and macadamia. Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup oats gluten free
  • cups plant milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ banana mashed
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup plant based yogurt
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • ¼ cup organic wheat rice crispies
  • ¼ cup macadamia nuts chopped
  • ¼ cup coconut chips
  • sprinkle of sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, milk, chia, banana and chia in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs, up to overnight.
  • Once the oats are ready, in a separate bowl. Mix your yogurt and blue spirulina and spread on top of oats.
  • Top with rice crispies, macadamia nuts, sunflower seeds and coconut.
  • Dive into protein packed, holiday in ya gob yumminess!!! ENJOY!!
