Summer Backyard BBQ Protein Bowl
FEAST YOUR BEAUT LIL EYES on my bbq bowl of Smokey saucey yums!!! Starring my absolute FAVIEST BBQ protein shreds from my mates over at @tmrwfoods 
The TEXTUREEE you guys!  and the Smokey bbq sauce of these shreds is legit unrivaled. Obsessed is an understatement. Combined with crispy crunchy veggies and what’s a bbq without ranch! This bowl is a winnerrrr!

- 1 pack smokey bbq protein shreds
- corn
- 1 stalk celery shaved
- ½ cup purple cauliflower chopped, raw
- ½ red bell pepper chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- fresh cilantro
Ranch Dressing Ingredients
- 1½ cup vegan mayo
- ¼-½ cup any non-dairy milk unsweetened
- 1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- ½ tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare your veggies. For the celery. Make thin ribbons with  your veggie peeler then drop into a bowl of water- this creates those beautiful curls!! 
- For the dressing; combine all ingredients into your bowl and whisk thoroughly to combine. Then set aside. 
- Prepare your protein shreds according to package instructions and then it’s time to assemble! 
- Add all your separate ingredients into a bowl. And serve with that delishhh creamy ranch for the bbq gasm you’ve always wanted!!!
