Strawberry Mojito Mocktail

This strawberry mojito mocktail is a refreshing, non-alcoholic drink made with fresh strawberries, mint, lime, coconut water, and sparkling soda water. Lightly sweetened with elderflower syrup (optional), it’s fizzy, hydrating, and perfect for warm weather. This easy summer mocktail comes together in just minutes and is ideal for parties, brunch, or a simple everyday refreshment.

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker
  • 1 cocktail muddler

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 8-10 Fresh mint leaves + extra for garnish
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/2 Tbsp Elderflower syrup or simple syrup
  • ice cubes
  • Soda water or seltzer

Instructions
 

  • In a tall glass  add the strawberries, lime juice and elderflower syrup/sweetener (if using.) Then, using a muddler, crush the ingredients to help them release their juice. 
  • Next, tap the mint against the glass of clap between your hands to release the oil then add to the glass. 
  • Then, fill the glass with ice cubes and top with around 3/4 cup coconut water and then top with seltzer. Stir and enjoy!
