Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Kiwi Puree
  • 1.5 oz Elderflower syrup
  • 2 oz Fresh cucumber juice
  • Lime juice to taste approx 1/2-1 lime
  • Sparkling all natural lemon/lime soda or sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding kiwi puree to a large serving glass.
  • Then, fill the glass halfway with ice.
  • Next, add a slice of fresh lime.
  • Then, pour in cucumber juice, elderflower syrup, and fresh lime juice.
  • Finally, top with sparkling lemon-lime soda.
  • Stir gently, sip, and enjoy immediately.
