Santa's Workshop Smoothie

There is no better way to get in your greens than with a little bit of fun and whimsy this holiday season. Let me take you to Santa’s Workshop for a sip of Christmas yum! Greens packed smoothie, beet/raspberry yogurt swirl and a fun lil strawberry santa hat! Fun for kids and BIG kids alike.

  • 2 heaping handfuls fresh greens
  • cups mango frozen
  • bananas sliced
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • cups almond milk
  • 1 cup plant based yogurt
  • raspberry and beet powder
  • fresh strawberries
  • extra vegan yogurt
  • candy cane colored straws optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl add 2-3 tablespoons of plant based yogurt and 1/2-1 tsp of half beet and raspberry powder and mix well **sub for natural vegan friendly food dye
  • Grab your serving glass and Using the back of a spoon, swipe from the bottom up to create bright beautiful red swirls.
  • Set the glass in the fridge to chill ready for serving
  • To a blender add all the smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Remove the glass from the fridge and pour in the beautiful green smoothie and watch the Christmas colors come to life!
  • Slice the bottom of a fresh strawberry. Dip the top in vegan yogurt and you have the cutest santa hat! Slide the strawberry on the side of the glass. Add your festive straw and get slurping!!!
