Rolling Ocean Nice Cream Bowl

Cos if we can’t be lazing by the beach on a tropical island of our dreams, we can at least eat brekky like we are!!! My beautiful ocean bowl is packed with blue spirulina and butterfly pea and topped with the ultimate tropical macadamia nuts and coconut. Fall may have hit but summer is forever in my heart.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 tbsp butterfly pea powder
  • 1 tbsp blue spirulina
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • ¼ cup aloe frozen
  • dash of plant based milk

Instructions
 

  • Simply blitz all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and velvety. Add to a beautiful coco bowl.
  • Top with your nuts and coconut and float away to paradise.
