Raspberry Beet Brekkie Bowl

Starting your day with the yummiest POW! All the textures. Crunchy, creamy, satisfying and flavorful!! Breakfast is one of my favorites because it sets you up for the whole day. Eating nutritious and delicious HAPPY food fuels your body and you mind for the best day possible. This amazing brekkie Layers oats and the most fun and vibrant superfood yogurt and is topped with pomegranate pops and so many fun crunchy yums! Perfectly balanced and just so fun to make and eat. Let’s get our brekky on !

Equipment

  • mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup oats
  • cups plant milk
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs dark chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup plant based yogurt
  • 1 tbs raspberry powder
  • pomegranate seeds
  • coconut dusted in beet powder
  • strawberry granola
  • pistachio nuts chopped
  • sunflower seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, plant milk, chia choc chips and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hr
  • Combine yogurt and beet powder in a bowl. Mix until well combined

Notes

Top oats with yogurt and top with all those yummy toppings!!
